Zakład Produkcyjno Usługowy Międzyrzecz POLSKIE RURY PREIZOLOWANE Sp. z o.o. is a company designing, manufacturing, assembling and servicing preinsulated pipes and fittings to be used in buried and ground district heating utilities, and PE pipe and fittings to be used in water mains and sanitary drainage networks as well as other engineering solution generally identified as “ZPU Międzyrzecz Sp. z o.o. System”.

The whole range of our products can be split into three product groups:

Preinsulated pipes

Rigid preinsulated pipes with a steel carrier pipe:

The production programme for preinsulated pipes with steel carrier pipes comprises a line-up of all preinsulated pipes, fittings and fixtures to be used in transmission of a heating medium and hot tap water in carrier pipes of diameters of:

  • for single pipes of diameters between Dn 20 and Dn 1200 mm;
  • for double pipes of diameters between Dn 20 and Dn 200 mm;

Flexible pipes

II M-Pex® flexible pipes

M-Pex® flexible preinsulated pipes are used in the transmission of heating media and hot tap water from the source of their generation up to a reception point. M-Pex® pipes are manufactured in two type series:

  • 6 bar to transmit water in central heating systems of temperatures up to 90° C;
  • 10 bar to transmit hot tap water of temperatures up to 60° C.

Polyethylene pipes

Our company offers:

  • HDPE casing pipes in diameters from Dn 75 up to Dn 1200 internally treated with high voltage discharge;
  • PE 100 (navy blue) polyethylene pipe, to be used in water mains, in diameters between 20 and 1200 mm, in the following diameter ranges SDR: 6, 7, 9, 11, 13.6, 17, 21, 26, 33 and 41; supplied as straight units 12.0 m long (for diameters between 75 and 1200 mm), and coiled in lengths up to 200 m (for diameters between 20 and 110 mm);
  • PE 100 (black) polyethylene pipe, to be used in gravity sewer systems, in diameters between 32 and 1200 mm, in the following diameter ranges SDR: 6, 7.4, 9, 11, 13,6, 17, 21, 26, 33 and 41; supplied as straight units 12,0 m long (for diameters between 75 and 1200 mm), and coiled in lengths up to 200 m (for diameters between 32 and 110 mm);
  • polyethylene culvert pipes in diameters between 50 and 1000 mm, supplied in straight units 6 and 12 m long;
  • sleeves in diameters between 83 and 472 mm.
